Oldham Library Access Restriction (16th-19th March)

Dear Staff and Learners

As you are aware there are ongoing building works outside the Oldham Library & Lifelong Learning Centre.

The builders will need to close off the walkway outside the library from Sunday the 16th of March, to Wednesday 19th March 2025 to allow a scaffold to be built for the link bridge.  The walkway leading up from Southgate St to the front of the building will not be accessible on these dates.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; however, we cannot allow people to walk under the scaffold until we have this fully decked out.

From Sunday the 16th of March, to Wednesday 19th March 2025 inclusive, you will need to access the building from the Sainsbury’s end i.e. Greaves St.
